Do you have Insurance?

Yes! Should you require a copy, please contact us.

Do you offer any package deals?

Yes, we offer package deals that include multiple pieces of equipment at a discounted price. Contact us for more information and pricing.

Is there a deposit required to rent party equipment?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, we have a minimum rental period of 4 hours for all party equipment rentals.

How do you clean your equipment?

At both setup & pickup we use a solution that kills 99.99% of bacteria to clean down the equipment.

Later, we once again unpack, scrub and ensure it is ready for the next use. We also ensure that our mats and balls are disinfected.

Can I place on hold?

No, sorry. We require a deposit within 48 hours of issuing the initial invoice to secure the booking.
